Rogers app - Facial Recognition

I just updated my Rogers app and now facial recognition is not available on the App. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it’s still not available.   **Labels Added**

Resolved! Pay As You Go Webpages displaying in mixed French and English

Whenever I am topping up my Pay As You Go plan or looking at account plans,  the webpages are displayed in mixed French / English.  If I select French at the top, everything displays in French, but when I select English, I get both French and English...

Bill Paying - Where to Enter Credit Card Number?

When I go to "pay now" and pick credit card, I can see where to enter the card expiry date and security code, but I can't find the row in which to enter my credit card number.  It doesn't matter if I use IE or Chrome.  Does anyone else have this prob...

Resolved! MyRogers App will not Remember Login Info

MyRogers on Browser stores login and password on Samsung ELIte tablet. But the MyRogers app does not. I turn on 'remember me' but next time I load it is turned off again.   *** Added Labels ***

Account access is suspiciously unavailable when nearing data limit

Account change email notification

i called in yesterday morning to make changes to my account. i completed the changes but received no confirmation email and no change is showing on my rogers. is this normal or did the associate not make the changes for me?       ***Edited Labels***

Resolved! Can no longer see my PayGo call history.

I used to be able to sign in to MyRogers, click my PayGo account number from the dropdown, select Bills & Payments, and it took me to the bill summary page, where I selected my cell number from the Account dropdown. Now that's blank with no selection...
