I just updated my Rogers app and now facial recognition is not available on the App. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it’s still not available.

When I see a show that can be restarted no issue. It does that. During watching the show if I pause it to long it just drops out and I lose the whole show.How long can you pause a restarted show?
I set up my log in for remember me and facial recognition. I try it a couple of times to insure it works and later when I come back it has all disappeared and I have to log in manually. Any suggestions?
