Resolved! Rogers Home Phone rings late

Just got Ignite internet/TV/Phone package. The phone number was ported from Bell to Rogers. When I call from my cell phone on Bell, the Rogers home phone does not ring until my 3rd ring. Is this normal? Should it ring on the first one? ***EDITED ...
