Has anyone else noticed issues with accessing account information when nearing data limit?
I have noticed that whenever I know I am reaching my data limit and attempt to check My Rogers so i dont go over, there is always a problem with the system gaining access to my account. I initially thought it was coincidental but now I am getting suspicious. Does anyone else have this issue?

Are you unable to access your MyRogers via browser or the app? What message are you getting when you try to access your profile? What browser are you using to log in?
When durring your billing period, did you go and check??
I often have found.. sometimes the day before, day of, and day after your billing period, that sometimes the system is unavailable.
(i guess while they are poling the info?)
But that doesnt help, as that is often when people are most checking to see of they can do X, before their month runs out.
