3G / LTE service in Kapuskasing ?

When will Rogers deploy 3G or 4G LTE in Northern Ontario (Kapuskasing).  The map currently shows its an island of 2G/GSM.  All Rogers sites east and west of it are at least 3G, and even Bell Roaming nearby is LTE.   ***edited labels***
