Resolved! How to get my movies and TV shows back?

Hi, many of my movies and tv show episodes were automatically deleted. How do I get them back from the "cloud"? They were not in my recently deleted.       ***Edited Labels***

Resolved! PVR recordings suddenly have 1 year expiry

Unbelievable. Rogers suddenly now deletes recordings once they are 365 days old.For some this isn't a big deal but it's a deal breaker for me.Horrible. Will definitely look at cancelling now.   *Added Labels*

Resolved! More memory for pvr?

Is there an option to get more memory for PVR?  I keep having to delete movies/programs I want to keep in order to save new movies/programs.   If not available currently, is anything being done to get this in the near future?       ***Added Labels***

CAN’T FFWD PVR PROGRAM
