Rogers Community

As a new Igniter coming from NextBox I found their were anomalies not pointed out before the switch over. o 16 of my NextBox Favorites were missing (could not be found) and 5+ favorites now I have to pay for ? I have not yet decided whether to pursue...

I am NextBox user and am very concerned with Rogers push to move to Ignite ... correct me if I'm wrong ...o Present recordings cannot be viewed offline from Rogers cable due to software forcing regular boots for downloading..o Favorites will be lost....
