cant fast forward or rewind when you watch movies tv series

i watch alot of streaming sites..Ignite has a issue that needs to be addressed say i watch a movie and forgot to stop..you cannot REWIND or FAST FORWARD from where you left off or restart the movie or series...what a bummer that is..why would you des...

Goes back in time when changing channels.

When I change channels from a recorded show to live tv (like sports) when I switch channels back it always starts showing many seconds behind in time. So frustrating. Any fixes I should try? ***Edited Labels***

Last week I was able to restart a few channels I normally watch. Today, this option is gone. What changed? ***Edited Labels***
