Order Tracking on MyRogers app broken

The Order Tracking feature on MyRogers app is giving me, constantly, the 'ol "Something went wrong: We're experiencing a problem on our end" alert. Is this a known thing? What's the fix if not?   **Labels Updated**

Unable to make payment online

I've been trying to make a payment online using both my phone and my PC with my Visa and I keep running into an error message. Nothing wrong with the card, it works elsewhere. But the website keeps saying it is running into an error. What can I do?

MyRogers App will not show data usage or works then stops. A common problem for iPhone users. Beyond the basics don’t bother trying to fix it. You can’t. The app needs to be designed.     ***Edited Labels***
