Services option greyed out on MyRogers app

I've been here awhile

The services option on my Roger’s app has been greyed out for months. Very frustrating to not be able to view my data usage. I’ve reinstalled the app and nothing?

I understand how inconvenient it can be to have the services option greyed out for such a long time, preventing you from viewing your data usage. Thank you for reinstalling the app.

  • When you log in to the online portal at rogers.com/myrogers, can you view your data usage?
  • Under Settings/Linked Accounts, do you see any inactive accounts?
