Can't LogIn to MyRogers App

I am on the latest version of Android.

Every time I input my id and password to login.

The screen freezes and doesn't progress beyond the white page presented.

If it is a latency problem, the loading didn't change after waiting 15 minutes.

where is the fix for this issue? I have the same problem - just get a white screen after logging in. I've reinstalled the app - upgraded to the new version of the app hoping for a fix. but it has never worked. It is absolute garbage. I can't even check my bills. what kind of 2nd rate outfit is Rogers running? I expect better for what you charge.
