Ignite TV not working with Chromecast

I have contacted Rogers on this issue and to no avail. It was working about two months ago and I have had nothing but issues since. I would really appreciate it if someone would contact me and rectify this.     ***Added Labels***

First off Ignite works on all of our devices.The problem is when we try to cast on the TV using Chromecast. At the beginning everything appears normal. The image of the TV station appears and then it starts to load. However that's as good as it gets....

I just got Roger's Ignite TV and internet and installed the Ignite TV app on my Galaxy S9. I can watch a program on my phone but I can't see any options for casting to a TV or Chromecast device. Is this not possible?   *Added Labels*
