Can't login to MyRogers mobile app

I've been around

Just ported my number to Rogers. The app is really bad. Can't even log into it. After I try to sign in, it takes me to browser to sign in there, and once I do that, it comes back to the same screen without any option. Tried uninstalling and installing it back again. Same issue. 

I am able to log in into Rogers.com but not in app.

We're delighted you joined our Community and shared your concern about your MyRogers app login. It's good to know that you can log in to the web portal. I appreciate you reinstalling the app.

 

Let's figure out as to why the app login is failing:

  • What's the device's make and model?
  • How many browsers are installed on the device, and which is the default?
  • When you tap "Sign in," the app launches a browser to complete the authentication; which browser opens up?
  • Do you have any other Rogers app that works on the same device, like HomeConnect, Ignite TV, etc.?
