It has been a while that the webpage shows nothing after click the button.
If I use the default "Choose a number" feature, it shows a progress icon and then disappear with no number or error shown.
If I select "Search for a number", nothing shows. It used to be showing a text box allowing you to enter something.
I 've tried multiple browsers, including Chrome for Windows and Android., with different versions from a year ago to the latest one. Also tried Firefox for Windows and Android, not working either.
Btw, the mobile app version can select number, but lack the feature to search a number.

I'm truly sorry to hear of the difficulties experienced when attempting to change your wireless telephone number using self-serve. It shouldn't be giving you those errors. 😞
