MyRogers app doesn't work, shows only photo of a girl on her phone. I can't view my bill through emails.

You've come to the right place. We'll try our best to get the app back up and running soon as possible. In order to do so I have a few questions:
1) Are you able to access MyRogers through the browser?
2) Have you tried to clear the cache and cookies on the browser you are using to load the login page? Please ensure the browser is up to date.
3) Is there another mobile device you can use to try and log into the apps?
4) When was the last time you were able to log into the MyRogers App?
Just need a bit more info to help you further.
