I've been here awhile

MyRogers app doesn't work, shows only photo of a girl on her phone. I can't view my bill through emails.

Good evening @Stevo45 and welcome to the Rogers Community Forums!

 

You've come to the right place. We'll try our best to get the app back up and running soon as possible. In order to do so I have a few questions:

 

1) Are you able to access MyRogers through the browser?

2) Have you tried to clear the cache and cookies on the browser you are using to load the login page? Please ensure the browser is up to date.

3) Is there another mobile device you can use to try and log into the apps?

4) When was the last time you were able to log into the MyRogers App?

 

Just need a bit more info to help you further.

I've been here awhile
When I try to log into my account through a browser, it tells me to link my account, then tells me my account is already linked to my old email address. I tried accessing it from my old email, and it does the same thing.

It's been a while since I last used the app, but when I tried a couple days ago, the app required an update, and that's when I started having the problem that started this thread

We'd be happy to take a closer look to see what is going on @Stevo45! There's a possibility here that we need to escalate a case to have your account fixed.
