Incorrect Address in MyRogers

Hi,

 

I have had this issue since I made my account. Called a rep, they make a ticket. I checked it today in November, alas still I have issues. 

  1. When I view my internet in myrogers either in the browser or the app I get a missingInfoError  "Sorry something went wrong". 
  2. My service address is correct, however I have another address in my internet tab "home/myrogers/internet" which gives me a random address from New Brunswick. Never have I seen nor used this address, in fact it appeared when I first made my account. It also funnily enough appears in my invoice pdf, fantastic! 

All in all, I believe my whole internet part of my Rogers account is bugged out, like its just all messed up. The rogers tickets will probably amount to nothing since its been what, like 8 months? I need this address to be correct for tax purposes. Also it seems as though the xFinity app still doesn't work since I got it around 8 months ago, so that's great, I get an inifite looping login screen yay! I assume its because the part of my account is broken similar to point 1, it probably throws the same error and the app cant handle it so it crashes and loops me back to login. Anyways I welcome any solutions 🙂
