I signed up with Rogers Wireless three weeks ago and so far everything is great, but one thing that's bothersome is that the app keeps sending me a message "Introducing the new and improved MyRogers app" as a new message, forcing me to respond to the alert each time, but no matter how many times I read this message, I can't delete it, and it keeps sending alerts as a new message. Can this be fixed?

It is indeed the messages section in the smartphone app that I'm talking about. Since I wrote the above post, the bothersome message seems to have disappeared. I did not see any option to clear messages, but perhaps this has now been fixed. Anyway, the issue seems to be resolved. Thanks for the help!

Hi @Jayfull,
Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums, and thank you for your post! We are glad to hear that you are enjoying the services so far.
Are you referring to the “Messages” section inside the MyRogers app? Or are you receiving profile notifications for your MyRogers account anytime a change is made?
For any messages in the message section in the app, once acknowledged, the alert should be cleared.
If you are receiving SMS notifications for any profile changes made to your MyRogers account, then you can edit the notifications to only receive them by email and not SMS.
Please let us know some more details or if any of those steps work for you.
