This appears to be similar to the problem posted here:

When I try to sign in with the MyRogers app on my iPhone 15 Pro I get a blank screen, as shown here:
Any help appreciated.

Are you running the latest iOS 18.1 on your device?
Let's try adding a pop-up exception for rogers.com in your Safari browser:
Note: You should have that blank website, account.rogers.com, running in the background to add the exception.
Please close all the instances of the browser, sign in to your MyRogers app now, and share the outcome with us.
