Why do On Demand programs casted via Chromecast freeze exactly 11 min into the programming? It cannot be “unfrozen” resulting in abandoning the program. Said it once, will say it again - am astonished that Roger’s cares so little about the many, many poor ratings it’s Ignite TV app receives vs the 5 star ratings Bell Fibe App receives. Fix your app !!!!!!

@Kookla123 : A few questions:
1. Does the app work properly when you're simply viewing on the device? Easy to test.
2. What is the device - make/model/phone/tablet?, etc.
3. Tried different devices if you have them?
4. Have you updated the firmware on the device and on Chromecast, on your TV, and latest version of IgniteTV?
5. Are you talking about a Chromecast device (make/model?) or built into a TV.?
6. What's the make/model of the TV?
7. I assume this happens on all OD programming, but please provide a few sample titles?
