People coming over from Shaw. You have to set up automatic billing. it is buried in the contract. I wasted over 2 hours trying to get the penalty billing of $5.60 reversed. 2 sets of 20 minutes on hold, then over an hour on chat with no success, other than those mighty words "read your contract". Turns out it was also buried on the third page of a $0.00 invoice in the fine print. Who reads a zero invoice? Watch out because the free Shaw plan has turned into a $50 Rogers plan with a $45 dollar credit. Talk about pulling numbers out of the air.
