My Shaw deal was cancelled

I've been around

I was on.my Rogers App and checking our bill and saw that my son's data usage is again over the 1 gig limit. So i was poking around the app to check what the other plan options are and before I know it, I got an email that he is now on a $50/month plan. I swear I didnt choose this and there was nothing that asked me if I want to confirm or to change my plan. How can I cancel this and revert to the Shaw $0 deal on this phone.
