Cannot receive calls from the US - calling restrictions
I'm in Toronto.When my uncle in the states (AZ) call me he gets "the number you have called has calling restrictions".He can call a couple of his contacts ok in Alberta.He also can no longer text me , yet we texted back in forth a few times one day ...
