iPad App Logs Out

I am constantly having to log back into my Ignite TV App. I am using the same iPad and in the same location, however 2-3 times a week when I open my iPad, I find myself logged out of the App. How can I just stay logged on?       ***Edited Labels***

Unable to make payment online

I've been trying to make a payment online using both my phone and my PC with my Visa and I keep running into an error message. Nothing wrong with the card, it works elsewhere. But the website keeps saying it is running into an error. What can I do?

MyRogers App will not show data usage or works then stops. A common problem for iPhone users. Beyond the basics don’t bother trying to fix it. You can’t. The app needs to be designed.     ***Edited Labels***
