Difficult to unpause and wake up wifi for individual profiles

I've been around
I posted this as an app review and got a developer response saying to post it here.

Every morning, the HomeConnect app says my son’s Internet is on and his devices are connected, even though they are not because we have screen time limits. In order to get it to work again, I have to pause his Internet, then close the app so that the app recognizes that the devices paused, then I have to open the app and unpause it, then close the app again so that the app recognizes the devices unpaused, and then finally I have to wake it up. Only then will his devices actually connect. This might straight up be the worst I’ve ever used.

Good morning @lman13,

 

I can certainly understand the frustration here.

 

Do you have this same problem with any of the other user profiles in your home? Have you tried deleting your son's user profile and recreating it as a troubleshooting step?
