Hello, We just had our ignite TV boxes installed yesterday. Last night we tried to log into our desktop PC, IPAD and Iphone with the ignite TV app or using the ignite website and none of those places would successfully log us in. We called rogers help and received no help. This is very disheartening as we haven't even had this for 48 hours and are having issues. We do not use Rogers Internet however I don't believe that should be an issue?
