can not open home connect app. getting error recaptcha. on samsung android s20 phone. why is this not connecting?

I've had the same problem since Monday on iPhone. I called Rogers and they are apparently "looking into it."

Thanks for letting us know of the issues you've been experiencing when attempting to utilize our HomeConnect app. Very sorry to hear that it hasn't been working so well for either of you. 😞
A few things we recommend doing right off the bat are rebooting your device or reinstalling the app before retesting. Please confirm if you've already tried these things and if there have been any changes. I also recommend ensuring you have the latest software updated to your device as well.
