Constant internet outages
Constant lag spikes
Gaming is not even viable due to EXTREME latency spikes
Streaming is unbearable due to EXTREME latency spikes
Working from home is an absolute mess!
Reporting this to the BBB and CCTS (CRTC) as the service has been horrible and has not met basic standards of what I have signed up for.
Over the past 3 months, numerous service tech's have come out along with the modem and outside cables replaced yet it seems to only be getting worse.
If you're wondering if you should go with Bell or Rogers, RUN from rogers as you will never see good service.
