Data No Longer Works After Plan Change

Billing problems

I was told if I disconnect the connection within first 30 days I’ll nit be billed and I cancelled the very next day. I still received the bill after having modem shipped back to rogers.     ***Edited Labels***

Resolved! How early can i return a phone and not pay upfront edge charge
