I upgraded 2 of the phones on my Plan. They both were boxed and sent on the same day. Both have arrived at the rogers return address. I only got confirmation one has arrived and processed and that was a week ago. Tracking shows they both arrived so how does it take so long to process one of them. Not sure what I am to do now any advice? Or answers?
