You should get an email from Rogers with instructions on how to activate the Apple TV+ offer.

I believe that you can get an activation code by launching the Apple TV+ app on your Ignite TV set-top box (from the Apps screen or by using the "Apple TV+" voice command) and clicking "Sign In or Sign Up", and then follow the onscreen instructions to redeem it.  The subscription needs to be set up under your own Apple ID.
