Save and return - Repaired phone

Gmukoyi
I've been around

Just upgraded my phone and I need to return my old one which is an iPhone 14 Pro. Problem is the screen and lcd are damaged and if I get this repaired, will Rogers accept the device? I don't have device protection or AppleCare + so
I will be paying out of picket for the repairs and before I spend money on the repairs I would love to know if Rogers will accept the device if it's repaired. TIA for your help.

Hello, @Gmukoyi.

Thank you for joining our Community and posting your query to the Save & Return program.

I understand your concern about getting your iPhone 14 Pro repaired before returning it to Rogers. Rogers requires devices to be in good working condition with no physical or moisture damage before accepting them for return.

Since you are not enrolled in Device Protection, the repair done by a third party may not be accepted. Please check the FAQs for more details: Save & Return program support and FAQs - Rogers.

Regards,

RogersMoin
