So I call Rogers because I’ve been charged for a service I had never asked for. Just noticed. Oh it’s been activated they say. Not with my knowledge it has not. Yama Yada Yada passed in to 5 people. BTW, I say, I’m really not happy with my package wondering what is out there for me. They proceed to tell me that I have been indeed loyal and a wonderful customer. Unfortunately, there are no promotions for loyal long-standing customers. Only new ones. Ok, I almost choked. What!!! Oh I heard right. That’s right kids, no point in being a “valued “ customer. I’m out!!!
