Changes to mobile account

I've been here awhile
Received email advising that the changes I made to my mobility account were in effect. The change was to delete $5 credit Aug 27 then add $5 credit same day. I made NO changes myself & what was done makes no diff to my cost so am puzzled why this was done. Anyone else get this email?

May I know what changes were made to your account? Depending on the changes, even if not impacting the monthly cost, could change the code for a discount. 

 

I would of course know more if I review your account. Let us know if you still need help with this.

Thank you for the more info; it seems the Auto Pay Discount code changed. The system removed the old code and applied the new code, resulting in the email. I appreciate your alertness, and thank you for checking with us.
