I was supposed to get my wifi installed on the 31st August evening but I suddenly received an email which said my account has been cancelled. When I called tech support they said it’s because of fraud subscriptions. I don’t understand how they decided that fraud subscriptions happened on my account when it wasn’t even activated. But no matter, I called the number the tech agent gave me and it went to voicemail. No response from them as well obviously. So I called again and asked for a manager, and no surprise but I was on hold for 35 mins and still no manager. I don’t know what to do anymore and I need help. I haven’t had wifi in my house for 5 days and it’s really frustrating.

If we notice unusual activations or transactions on an account we do take immediate actions to minimize the impact of the fraudulent activity on our customers. I realize how important a working Internet connection is. I sincerely hope you've been able to get this issue addressed since you last posted here.
