The challenge of connecting with a specialist to ask a question about my bill and a missing discount credit is ridiculous. I’m literally trying to understand why the accessibility discount wasn’t included on my bill even though I got approved for it BEFORE this bill was issued. But apparently due to the high volume of customers needing assistance, my chat spot was booted. JUST LET ME STAY THERE AND WAIT HOWEVER LONG?!?! Please?!?? Lol . damn… so what am I supposed to do? I don’t want the bill paid without my credits 🙃🥲😑
