Long time customer no better deal then what's on the website

I've been here awhile

I am a very long time customer of Rogers and starting to think it's time to go.....I have internet, ignite tv and my iphone.  Looking at getting either iphone 14 or 15 and looking at getting a better deal then what's on there website.  Looking at customer loyalty deal, if that exists.  After talking with an employee on a chat site from Rogers about a phone he told me there is no deal better then what's the website....NO LOYALTY!  so why am i with Rogers i can go to Bell or any of the other providers and they can give me a way better deal as a first time customer.    My cell is not locked into Rogers and so does Rogers even care?   Is there someone better that can give me a better deal then the first line of customer service?
