After 30 years with Rogers just switched everything over to Bell.
So sick of waiting an hour to speak to someone in customer service, sick of my bills always being wrong, sick of trying to use the stupid Anna and getting disconnected, sick of being number 100+ in the queue. Now my bill goes up $30 a month with no notification and 2 days just trying to reach someone.
Oh and sick of the text messages saying my service is going to get disconnected in 14 days because I am 7 days late.
Rogers, you arent getting any more of my money. Say goodbye to 5 lines, 2 home internet and cable, a watch and an iPad.
Oh wait- you don't care I forgot.
