speedtest shows problems since September 20 in Ottawa centretown

I plan to stick around

I keep a log of SpeedTest results here in Ottawa centretown (Little Italy), and things went bad for my 1000/30 service around September 20 and have not improved.  See the attached graph of my SpeedTest log.  Yes, I power cycled the router.  My TekSavvy 50/10 DSL line shows no degradation.  Also posted in DSL Reports: https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r33506241-Internet-cable-up-down-speed-drop-and-instability-since-S...

Eventually, around October 23, they must have found and fixed the problem and things are mostly back to normal. I'm not seeing any 990Mbit speed tests any more, but I'm not seeing any low 200Mbit or below either. Things look more like they were back in March-August. Downloads average 940Mbit with low variability. The technician came to my home.  He replaced the wire to the pole.  He redid internal splices in the cable.  After all that work, he determined that the problem is not here at all; it's out on the street somewhere.  Now I'm waiting on you to fix it.
