Dishonest and horrible customer service

I've been around

Rogers steal money and time from their customers and is completely dishonest and charges you for the service they don’t provide. I had to change my address and they could not cover that are but they made me to continue to pay monthly till the end of my contract because they would not cancel it. They also made me quit my phone plan and pay off my phone in one shut because they were not giving me the service promo they provided for new customers also I’ve been with them for years but as an old customer I had no privileges. After I cancelled they called me to sell me the same plan I asked for and it was unbelievable. I talked to whoever was could not to cancel my plan with them but god the service in Roger’s is horrible. The worst service provider I’ve ever dealt with . They’re so dangerous and just want to take your money in anyway they can never ever be their customer.
