I've been here awhile

I was trying to upgrade my phone on November 29,2024 and it has been one of the worse and complicated experiences I’ve ever had, first I got a new phone, then I didn’t like it and wanted to exchange it to another device. I have been told by rogers customer service that as of Rogers policy, I am not able to switch it to another phone until I send it back to Rogers and wait for 30 days until I can get another phone. Based on this nonsense policy, I had to come to the decision to cancel my contract with Rogers as I can not live without a phone. I called a couple times to customer service on Dec 14,2024 and I also visited the Rogers store which they weren’t helpful at all either and they were suggesting that I can rent a phone during this 30 days. On December 14, 2024 I switched to another provider and since then I am using their phone and mailed the phone I had back to them. Now Rogers are claiming that they send me a 3rd phone ( same as the one that I didn’t like) and I have to return that phone which I have never asked nor received. I am receiving emails and threatening calls from Rogers every day regarding this. I have already file another complaint with CCTS and I really appreciate it if someone can help me out to figure this accusation.
