I've been around

I have been on calls and chats with Rogers for weeks on end and spend 2.5 hours last Sunday on the phone.

They opened a case# to solve my problem and never called me back...........I am on hold once again to speak to someone and the girl will not put me through to a manager until she reviews my file.   she will NEVER figure it out and I absolutely refuse to go through the whole thing again.   I'm literally going to have a coronary ~ my son just called and they cut off our internet so I have no way of working from home tonight.
