Very strange thing happened with my ignite internet. My few devices can't connect to internet during runtime. I changed DNS settings then works. I restarted modem, more devices can't connect to internet. I don't know why?

Thank you for posting your concerns to the community.
I know how important it is for all of your devices to connect. It is strange that some of your devices connect but others do not.
Do you have any parental controls setup via the Ignite WiFi Hub app?
Is there anyone else in the community experiencing a similar issue? Please feel free to chime in any potential solutions.
