Horrible costumer service

On November 13 I called rogers to cancel my ignite tv service as my 2 year contract is up and they doubled my bill. $228 dollars for tv and the programming is just repeat channel after repeat.That aside it took me over an hour on the phone to do this...

Which credit bureau does Roger’s bank pull credit reports from when you apply for the Red or World Elite Mastercard? Is it Equifax or Transunion? It appears for phones/cable it’s Transunion.
