When I enter my credit card number, the Rogers output gives an error message:

My main problem is internet slowing down when using a vpn. There's the odd disconnection here and there - but, it's very brief and temporary - stuff happens with infrastructure and I live in a building with lots of internet customers - Rogers etc. ...
It seems slow and buggy. I have problems logging on - I try to log in but I have no access. The page keeps directing to my account page. What is up with that? Is that only happening to me? Anyone else have that experience?
