hi guys,
I left Rogers for another carrier and not liking the customer service and reception and am open to a call or other online discussion with winback team from Rogers. I understand sometimes they call clients that leave - anyway to just tell them "please call me"?

This has been asked countless times before. There is no way that I know of to request a call from them, even if they had previously tried to contact you and you missed their calls.

I received quite a few calls from winback team last week. I spoke with someone initially and we hashed out to hop on a call on a particular date, but then the call ended up going to voicemail. I tried reaching out to the number again - but keep getting agents being busy message. Is there a contact number I can reach out where I won’t get the automated agents being busy message and talk to a live agent?
