Hi I recently buy I phone 16 from Roggers’s store worthington Brampton on Boxing Day sale.
The representative offer me $35 plan with $28 per month for phone for 24 months and also buy protection plane of 19$ with first 2 months free . He also charged for activation fee 70$ and tell me it will return back. By 10$ per on my bill credit for 7 months.
Now I got 189$ bill with 60$ plane , no activation charge return, also no free two month free subscription , felling cheated .
When I talk to customer care they tell can’t do any thing and suggest to go back to same store.
At store they also tell can’t do anything and tell its representative mistake and you have only option to return the device. Shocking 😳
This phone was gift for my wife, feelings embarrassing to return it. Please suggest what action should taken for these kind of cheating.

I am sorry to hear that the offer you accepted does not appear to be applied properly. I understand how disappointing this would be.
In situations such as this, we would recommend raising your concerns with the manager at the store where you accepted the offer.
It can also sometimes take 2-3 billing periods for discounts to appear on your bill. You may still see the offer starting on your next billing cycle.
