I received an offer of free Disney+ with ads because I have the ignite bundle. I used the provided code number and had it all set up…then it disappeared. I have spend hours on the phone with Rogers and Disney and still no results. Yesterday I went through 4 different Rogers reps and the Disney rep in Columbia who set up a conference call with Rogers. The last Rogers rep put me on hold for 5 minutes…I continued to talk to the Disney rep who maintained the fault was with Rogers. The Rogers rep came back online and dismissed the Disney rep and said she was going to put me on hold while she checked with her supervisor. 5 minutes later another rep came on and started the conversation all over again and had no idea that I had spoken to anyone else. She maintained the fault was with Disney. This has been a waste of almost 2 hours and I still do not have Disney+. Very poor service for something that should be easy for them to fix.

by disappear I mean that it is no longer accessible. I cannot find it…all I get is the sign up for a paid subscription.

I have a similar issue.
I received a notice that Disney+ with ads was available with my Rogers plan. The email came Jun 26/24. I already had Disney+ paid through Dec 29/24, so I cancelled and waited until Dec 29 to try to add it.
The link on the email now says it has expired. The FAQs on the Rogers site state I should go to my TV dashboard and click the link there. There does not appear to be any link available.
I always find it difficult to navigate around the Rogers website. I really don't want to wait on hold for an extended period of time to fix. this. This may be an indication I should be looking elsewhere for internet and TV services.

Hello, @dalziel66.
We appreciate you being our Community member, and thank you for sharing your concern in this thread.
You should have cancelled your paid subscription and redeemed the Disney+ Standard with Ads subscription included in your Rogers Xfinity TV package. We may have to look into re-enrolling if possible; thank you for contacting us in PMs, and we will advise you of the next steps.
Cheers,
RogersMoin
