You can go back to the network wide release firmware by doing a factory reset of the modem. Use a pen tip or similar object to push and hold the reset button on the back of the modem for 10 seconds, then release. The modem will reboot and you'll have to set everything back up.
Thanks. I just did a rollback to .24 and I'm _very_ happy there. Network shares were fixed with that release so I'm gonna stick with this for now.
Only thing I forgot about was running an ethernet connection to the router to restart and now I'll have to reset all of my forced IP addresses again. A bit of pain. 😕

If you reboot the modem it will update to .27 which is a much better firmware version. .27 was released today as the latest production version for the 4582. As usual, my advice, after the update the reboot is complete, is to run another reboot. I've always seen better performance after an update and second reboot. Can you post the downstream and upstream tables from the STATUS .... DOCSIS WAN page. The copy and paste process will paste in the text data from the tables.

Is there any added benefit of being on the trial if not used in bridge mode?
I don't have my CGN3 set up in bridge mode, but I've been getting latency issues where the connection drops every few days and I have to power cycle the modem and my routers.

@ybc Yes, the trial beta firmware benefits users in gateway mode or bridge mode! If you are currently on an Ignite 100u or higher package (unlimited usage plan) you can swap to the new CODA Modem. I would highly suggest swapping to the new CODA modem and signing up for the latest beta firmware. If you stay with the CGN 3 then I would suggest getting the latest beta firmware also, because it brings a lot of improvements.
To join the beta program send a PM to @CommunityHelps with the subject "Beta Firmware Trial" in the message include your account number, modem MAC address, and modem serial number. The last two can be found when you log into the modem.
