Hi Everyone,
Hoping for some advice on who to contact regarding the below issue:
Recently (beginning OCT 7th) every day beginning at or around 4pm until 11pm,our upload speeds have been reducing from 150Mbps to as low as 16Mbps. This new change prompted my security cameras to notify me that they could not upload to the cloud based server.
Nothing has changed within our network so this is definitely a backend issue.
Current network topology:
Roger’s XB7 Bridge mode
Ethernet wired- From Port 4 (2.5) on the XB7 to my own Eero Max 7 gateway.
All has been functioning properly for 43 weeks.
Any suggestions are most welcome.
Thanks so much

Good day @emby2112 ,
Thank you for visiting us in the forums and for outlining the speed issues that you've been having as of late. I agree that it is very strange that this just began happening out of the blue. 🤔
As a starting point, have you attempted to reboot your modem, followed by your security cameras, to see if this resolves the issue? Please give it a try and monitor the situation to see if there are any improvements.
If the issue persists, please send us a private message @CommunityHelps so we can assist you further. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, please check out our blog.
Much appreciated,
RogersYasmine
