Remove Rogers and service ads from guide

Hi, recently I noticed that Rogers has started putting help tips and ads in the ignite TV guide? How do I disable this. It is annoying and I don’t want it.

Ignite TV cutting out

Postal Code N0B 2P0. TV has been cutting out or freezing for about 4 days now. Sound has also cut out when we finally do get a picture. Trying to watch the Brier but picture keeps cutting out. Very frustrating.   ***Edited Labels***

Services restored

Got my services restored around 1 am today, everything seems to be working well, except live tv.  It is very slow, taking about 20-30 seconds in between channel changes, partial freezing at times.  *** Edited Labels ***

Ignite TV starts playback long after I press Record

Hi guys, For example, I press Record at 10:00. When I go back to watch the recording, it doesnt start at 10:00 - it starts at about 25 seconds later. So the first 25 seconds of the show is missing. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Many thanks....
